after it is completed and signed.   The second one is the Cover page with a description of TEC and other information pertaining to the

weekend.

This application can also be used for an OBSERVER application (an adult wanting to make the weekend).

paper you can choose an option, after you choose print,  to scale it to fit onto an 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper.
